PET INFORMATION

We are pet friendly and permit pets at most locations. Breed and size restrictions apply to Dobermans, Rottweiler's, Pit Bulls, Chows, reptiles and pot bellied pigs. We require a pet deposit of $200 and charge a $25 monthly fee for each pet. All pets are subject to approval by management.




RENTER'S INSURANCE

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY RENTER'S INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR PROPERTY. Renter's insurance is very affordable and protects you and your personal property from damage or loss. Our property insurance only covers the building itself and does not cover your belongings from any loss from fire, water damage, theft, or other. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to persons or property occurring within your house or apartment upon the premises, whether caused by us or someone else. You are responsible for obtaining your own casualty and liability insurance and agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any liability.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Oliver Properties offers a $250 referral payment or credit to current and former residents for referring a new resident to us. The referral payment is made when the following criteria are met: (1) perspective resident must advise us upon initial contact that they have been referred by you; (2) perspective resident must apply and be approved by management; and (3) perspective resident must move into new unit. Payment checks and rental credits are issued within 30 days of the new resident moving in.
